Whilst we welcome all visitors to this Site, we cannot guarantee that the Site are appropriate or available for use in any territory. If use of the Site breaches any law in your jurisdiction(s), you may not use the Site and you must exit immediately.

ESSA has used reasonable attempts to ensure that the information provided by ESSA in its newsletter is accurate and up-to-date as at the time of issue, it reserves the right to make corrections and does not guarantee that is it accurate or complete.
This is a free service and therefore you agree by receiving any ESSA newsletter that this disclaimer is reasonable.  Any copying, redistribution or republication of ESSA newsletter or the content for commercial gain is strictly prohibited.
Computer viruses can be transmitted by email, recipients of any ESSA newsletter should check the newsletter and any attachments for the presence of viruses.  ESSA accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by any virus transmitted by an ESSA newsletter.  Email transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error free as information could be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, arrive late or incomplete, or contain viruses.  Therefore, ESSA does not accept liability for any errors or omissions in the contents of this message which arises as a result of email transmission.

15. Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?

English law and the jurisdiction of the English Courts will apply to these terms and conditions, save where you live in any other part of the United Kingdom, in which case the law and courts of that place shall apply.
