Stephen joins ESSA from the Alpha Virtual Academy, where he developed curriculum materials for English language teachers and learners at the Basic Education Sector in Ghana. He received his Bachelor's Degree at the University of Education, Winneba, where he served as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Education.

He is a final year M.Phil. Curriculum and Teaching candidate at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Stephen's research is focused on teacher education and curriculum related issues.
